Hi, I'm Fred Wanschers.

I love to be out of my comfort zone. I have always loved it. Whether I was as a sailor or surfing or learning a new culture, I have always wanted to live my life to the fullest. 

For me, discovering my strengths took time. But once I let go of fear, I realized that there was no limit. My first step was sailing around the Globe, where I learned the tools that I now live my life by. The last 10 years I started several companies in different countries around the Globe.

After starting my career as ship's engineer I began working in the Power Station business. I covered the whole scope of new projects, operation, maintenance and finally as Plant Manager. I have more then 25 year experience in the energy industry - predominantly in coal, biomass and waste-to-energy. I hold a Master degree in Energy Systems.

I believe my purpose is to become the fullest expression of myself and to help others do the same.
